Ken Isaak is a native of Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada, and graduated from Port Coquitlam High School in 1969. He joined the FPU athletics staff in 1991 and has served as the Sports Information Director since 1992.
Isaak graduated from Fresno Pacific in 1976 and previously served the institution as the Director of Student Financial Aid (1979-84).
Isaak's athletic publications have won numerous NAIA Sports Information Directors Association (NAIA-SIDA) and College Sports Information Directors Association (Co-SIDA) awards. He has served as the president of the NAIA-SIDA (2001-03), and was honored by the NAIA as the 2003 recipient of the Clarence "Ike" Pearson Award for outstanding achievement.
Isaak has also served as a volunteer with World Vision in the Philippines (1973-74) and with Mennonite Central Committee in Pennsylvania (1976-77). He and Esther Klassen were married in 1977 and are the parents of one son, Jonathan. They are active member of Mennonite Community Church in Fresno.
