Personal - Anthony Calderon, or A.C. as he prefers to be called, is a native of San Diego... his parents are Mary and Rick Calderon of San Diego... is active in his home church, The Rock... is a business management major.
Prior to FPU - A.C. played basketball, baseball and football at Mission Bay High School in San Diego... was a second team All-Pacific Coast Conference selection last season at San Diego Mesa Community College... appeared in 24 games for the Olympians and led the team with an average13.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
As a junior (2004-05) - A.C. appeared in 26 of the team's 29 contests, including nine starts... averaged 5.0 points, 2.8 rebounds in 15.6 minutes of action per game.
As a senior (2005-06) - A.C. appeared in all of the Sunbird's 28 matches... including eight starts... averaged 3.4 points, 1.3 assists in 16.3 minutes per game.
