Personal - Eric's parents are Sally and Steve Norcross of Fresno... has one older sister... is a business administration major. Prior to FPU - Eric was a key piece in the Clovis West Eagles success in 1999 (35-5) and 2000 (42-2) when they won back-to-back Tri-River Athletic Conference titles... earned All-TRAC honors as a senior... also was an All-Valley performer in the high jump at CWHS... played two seasons at Santa Monica Community College... helped the Corsairs to 15-12 and 20-10 records in his two seasons at SMCC. As a junior (2003-04) - Eric started 22 of 29 games... averaged 6.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game. As a senior (2004-05 - Eric appeared in 27 of the team's 29 contests, including 24 starts... averaged 6.8 points,3.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.
