Clark inks Perry Huang

Perry Huang, a 2005 graduate of Monterey High School in Monterey, California, has signed a national letter of intent to attend Fresno Pacific University this fall.

Huang, 6-2 and 182-pounds, averaged 7.6 points and 1.8 rebounds per game in helping the Toreadores to a 22-3 overall record that included a perfect 10-0 mark in Monterey Bay League play.

FPU men's basketball coach Clark Sheehy said "Perry is a great addition to our team. He is a great kid and a solid basketball player. He has a bright future at FPU."

The Sunbirds begin their 2005-06 season November 4 at the Westminster University Classic in Salt Lake City.

Fresno Pacific University offers undergraduate and graduate programs that stress solid academic preparation and a strong ethical foundation. The only four-year Christian university in the Central Valley, FPU is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and ranked in the top quarter among Western universities master's category by U.S. News & World Report.
