Personal - Lindsey was born in Fresno, California... her parents are Sharon and Ian Burnett of Fresno... has two sisters, one older, one younger... plans to major and liberal studies and pursue a career as a teacher... home church is Christian New Hope Community Church.
Prior to FPU - Lindsey was a four year letter winner in basketball at Clovis West High School... combined with Lindsay Shaver to help CWS to a combined 96-23 record that included four Tri-River Athletic Conference championships and Valley championships in 2001 and 2002... was an All-TRAC selection in 2001 and 2002... earned California Distinguished Athlete and Who's Who Among American High School Student Awards.
As a freshman (2002-03) - Lindsey appeared in 31 games, including 28 starts... averaged 9.1 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists in almost 32 minutes of action per game.
As a sophomore (2003-04) - Lindsey started each of the team's 31 games... averaged 9.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in a team-high 33.2 minutes per game.
As a junior (2004-05) - Lindsey appeared in 30 of FPU's 31 games, including 12 starts... averaged 5.5 points, 2.6 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game.
As a senior (2005-06) - Lindsey appeared in every one of the Sunbird's 29 contests, including 18 starts... averaged 3.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 0.9 steals in 26.8 minutes per game... scored 10 points, pulled down 5 rebounds and dished out 5 assists in a contest against Olivet Nazarene.
