Hall signs two

New  head coach Jim Hall has signed his first two recruits.

Hall announced that Alissa Ingallina and Casha Miller, both freshen, have signed letters of intent to attend FPU in the fall.

Ingallina, a 5-9 guard averaged 14.9 points, 7.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.5 steals per game last season as a senior at Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona. Those numbers earned her First Team All-Fiesta Region and Arizona State Honorable mention honors. Ingallina, who also earn personal best of 5-5 in the high jump, 17-7 in the long jump and 37-7 in the triple jump, will also compete for FPU track coach Eric Schwab in the Spring.

Miller, a 5-7 point guard from Palm Springs, played four years of varsity basketball at Palm Springs High School. Last season as a senior Miller averaged 16.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 3.2 assists per game on her way to first team Desert Valley League and All-Riverside county honors.

FPU's season begins with an exhibition game in the Save Mart Center November 7against Fresno State.
