Personal - Juan was born in Mexico, but now calls Porterville his home... his parents are Martha and Roberto Alfaro of Terra Bella... is one of six children... is fluent in both Spanish and English... is a liberal studies major.
Prior to FPU - Juan played soccer at Porterville High School.
As a freshman (2004) - Juan appeared in 10 of the Sunbird's matches... took 7 shots, 5 of which were on goal.
