Personal - Sandy's parents are Anna and Bob Sinner of Sanger... has one older sibling... was born in Ruit, Germany... is fluent in both German and English... is an English major and carries a psychology minor... enjoys reading, baking, and riding horses... plans to be an English teacher... home church is Sanger Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.
Prior to FPU - Sandy earned four varsity letters in soccer at Reedley High School... was the Pirates team captain her junior and senior seasons when she also earned Tri-River Athletic Conference honors.
As a freshman (2002) - Sandy appeared in 15 matches... started nine matches... scored three goals on 10 shots.
As a sophomore (2003) - Sandy appeared in 18 of the team's 19 matches, drawing 16 starts as a defensive midfielder.
As a junior (2004) - Sandy started each of the team's 18 matches... scored six goals from her defender postion, as well as 1 assist for a total of 13 points... averaged .273 on 22 shots.
As a senior (2005) - Sandy appeared in 13 of the 17 Sunbird matches, including 8 starts.
