FPU's junior thrower Mario Ordaz finished a disappointing 21st in the 35 pound weight throw at the NAIA National Indoor Track & Field Championship in the Memorial Center “Mini Dome” in Johnson City.
Ordaz best mark of the day was 48-11.50, well off his season best of 50-07.25.
March 2, 2005 - Ordaz to compete at NAIA National Indoor Championship
The FPU presence at the NAIA National Indoor Track & Field Championship will consist of only one man, junior thrower Mario Ordaz (Fresno Edison HS).
Ordaz will compete in the 35 pound weight throw on Friday.
The championship, which continues through Saturday, will take place in the Memorial Center “Mini Dome” in Johnson City.
