Match #14 - Biola swept Notre Dame de Namur 30-19, 30-28, 30-26, on the strength of Michelle Warketin's 15 kills

Match #13 - Lewis-Clark outlasts Azusa Pacific 30-21, 26-30, 23-30, 30-28, 19-17.

Match #12 - Fresno Pacific stayed undefeated with a 30-18, 30-19, 30-17 sweep of Bethany. Kara Verwey led the way with 11 kills.

Match #11 - The Red Raiders from Southern Oregon needed just over an hour to sweep Lewis-Clark State 30-19, 30-15, 30-23.

Match #10 - Hannah Timboe's 19 kills and 15 digs powered Biola to a 30-28, 30-19, 30-28 sweep of Concordia of Portland, Oregon.

Match #9 - Azusa Pacific got off to a slow start, but thanks to Jenna Sagehorn (19 kills, 11 digs) and Jenny Brickner (14 kills, 4 blocks), defeated Notre Dame de Namur 24-30, 30-19, 30-24, 30-21.

Friday, August 22, 2003 - Sunbirds Invitational

Match #8 - Second ranked FPU used 15 kills from Mesha Wimer and 12 from Lin Gao to sweep Lewis-Clark State of Idaho 30-21, 30-15, 30-15 in the feature match of the first day of the Sunbirds 20th annual invitational.

Match #7 - Biola defeated Bethany 30-22, 30-16, 30-21 on the strength of 12 kills from Katieanne Clarendon and 10 kills each from Hannah Timboe and Michelle Warkentin.

Match #6 - Jenna Sagehorn's 24 kills and 25 digs led Azusa Pacific to a 30-25, 28-30, 41-39, 30-15 win over Southern Oregon.

Match #5 - Notre dem de Naumur def. Concordia of Portland, Oregon 30-27, 30-13, 30-25.

Match #4 - Michelle Warkentin (17 kills) and Hannah Timboe (16 kills) led 23rd ranked Biola to a 30-12, 30-27, 30-18 sweep of Lewis-Clark State of Idaho.

Match #3 - Kristina Matchett led ninth ranked Southern Oregon to a narrow 19-30, 30-15, 26-30, 30- 19, 17-15 win over Bethany College of Scotts Valley. Matchett recorded a double-double with 25 kills and 10 digs.

Match #2 - Mesha Wimer's 11 kills led the second ranked Sunbirds to a 30-28, 30-18, 30-19 win over Notre Dame de Namur.

Match #1 - Jenna Sagehorn (17 kills) and Jenny Brickner (11 kills) did most of the damage as 18th-ranked Azusa Pacific defeated 17th-ranked Concordia University of Portland, Oregon, 30-19, 30-16, 30-14 , in the opening match of the Sunbirds Invitational.
